He was born in Manchester on December 22, 1964, the son of Edward and Pauline (Austin) Letendre and had spent his early years in Hooksett.

Peter had worked in construction, doing some landscaping, paving, and curb setting.

In addition to his mother Pauline of Hooksett, Peter is survived by a son, Jeremy Letendre of Florida and a brother, Joey Letendre of Hooksett.

He was born in Lowell, MA, the son of Gerard and Theresa (Levasseur) Veillette.  

Mr. Veillette spent a total of 27 years with the military, both the US Navy and the Army Reserves, retiring from the Army National Guard in Concord in 1997.

He is survived by his wife, Joan; 4 children, Raymond of Nashua, David and his wife Dawn of Pelham, and Robert and Dena, both of FL; 4 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 5 step-children, Vince, Cheryl, Shane, Donna, and Vicky; many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; a sister, Lucille Wilson and her husband Paul of Epsom; and a brother, Robert of Lowell, MA.

(LaSalle) Dusseault, 78, a lifelong Allenstown resident, died peacefully on Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at her home on Theodore Avenue after a lengthy illness.

The daughter of Ernest and Rose (Lamontagne) LaSalle, Helen was born on July 17, 1933.  She was a graduate of St. George High School in Manchester.

A homemaker and mother of four, Mrs. Dusseault was devoted to all the members of her family.  She enjoyed cooking and was an avid collector of cookbooks.  She also loved flowers and solving word puzzles.

She was a lifelong communicant of St. John the Baptist Church in Allenstown.

Helen was the widow of Ernest Dusseault, who died in 2005 and with whom she had shared 53 years of marriage.  She was also predeceased by a daughter, Denise Chouinard, in 2002 and her brother Ernest LaSalle in 2004.

She is survived by 3 children, Paul Dusseault and his wife Esther of Allenstown, Jeanne MacDonald and her husband Douglas of Hooksett, and Jackie Langevin and her husband Ralph of Laconia; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://petitfuneralhome.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/70_119381.jpg" alt="Ethel M. Angowski" />Mrs. Ethel M. (Holmes) Angowski, 92, of River Road, died Sunday, April 15, 2012, at Harris Hill Center in Concord.

Born in London, England on August 1, 1919, Ethel was the daughter of Albert and Edith (Birdchat) Holmes.  After her move to the United States as one of many war brides, Ethel lived in Jersey City, NJ and had been a resident of NH since1978.

She was primarily a homemaker but also had an interesting employment history. She served as Air Raid Warden during World War II and was a conductor on a Double Decker Bus.  Ethel also danced in a chorus line and was an usher in a movie theater.

Ethel was the widow of Alfred Angowski, who died in 1971, and was also predeceased by her son, Alfred, in 2007.  She is survived by 2 daughters, Carol Angowski and Irene Farrell, both of Allenstown; a granddaughter, Holly Ann Richardson; and 2 grandsons, Frank and Jason Angowski.

Born in Boston on April 7, 1919, Catherine was the daughter of John and Mary Jane (Keenan) O’Brien.  She spent most of her life in Massachusetts, and had worked in the catalogue division of Sears &amp; Roebuck prior to her retirement.  She moved to NH in 1996.

Miss O’Brien is survived by a sister, Rose Raedy of So. Braintree, MA; a niece, Rose “Re” Raedy of Epsom; and 3 nephews, J. Michael Raedy, Thomas Raedy, and James O’Brien, all of MA.  She was predeceased by brothers John, James, and George.

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://petitfuneralhome.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/70_119352.jpg" alt="Edward W. Grudak" />Edward W. Grudak, 100, died Saturday, April 14, 2012, after a period of failing health.

Born in Newton Upper Falls, MA, on May 30, 1911, Edward was the son of Henry and Catherine (Platita) Grudak.  He had lived in Manchester, Hooksett, and Allenstown until he retired in 2008 to his daughter’s home in Hanover, MA. 

Mr. Grudak was a self-employed home builder and because he loved antiques, he and his wife opened “Vicky &amp; Eddie’s Antiques” in Hooksett in 1972.  He also enjoyed spending time fishing.

Mr. Grudak was a Navy veteran of World War II and saw duty in the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre.

He was the widower of Victoria (Lidwin) Grudak, who died in 1998 and with whom he had shared 67 years of marriage.  He is survived by a daughter, Catherine Chop and her husband, Stephen, of Hanover, MA; 2 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and 2 brothers, Chester Grudak of Kennebunk, ME and Fred Grudak of NC.

Born in Manchester on March 2, 1920, Christina was the daughter of Fred and Susan (Healey) Robinson.  She spent some time in both Allenstown and Concord after having lived most of her life in Manchester.

She attended Perkins School for the Blind in Boston and was a member of the National Federation of the Blind and had volunteered with Workshops for the Blind for many years.  In addition, Mrs. Proulx had worked for Anchor Electric.

She had also been a member of the Lighted Heart Club and the Home Bowling League of the Salvation Army.

Christina was the widow of George Proulx who died in 1986 and is survived by three children, Phyllis Amyot and her husband Ernest of Allenstown, Ronald Proulx and his wife Glenna of Manchester, and Dr. Gary Proulx and his wife Sarah of Stratham; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews..

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://petitfuneralhome.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/70_118338.jpg" alt="Estelle E. Godbout" />Estelle E. (Girard) Godbout, 92, a lifelong Allenstown resident, died Saturday, March 31, 2012, at Pleasant View Center in Concord.

The daughter of Oscar and Alice (Poisson) Girard, Estelle was born in Allenstown on December 5, 1919.  She graduated from St. Jean Baptiste grammar school, St. George High School in Manchester, and Hesser Business College, Class of 1946.

She had been employed by Emerson Mfg as a bookkeeper and then retired from the Suncook Bank after 35 years in customer service.

Estelle was active in town affairs and served as treasurer for the Town of Allenstown, the Allenstown School Board, and the Allenstown Library, and served as assistant to the Board of Selectmen.  She was a life member of the Ladies of St. Anne and the St. Therese Rosebush.

A music lover and member of the American Federation of Musicians, Estelle played piano for years and was part of a family band, the Mello Reeds.  She also loved to travel.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband in 1986, Stanislas Godbout and by a sister-in-law, Carolyn (Towle) Girard.

She is survived by a daughter, Anne Prehemo of Pembroke; 2 grandchildren, James and Elizabeth Prehemo of Pembroke; a brother, Robert Girard Sr. and his wife Lorraine of Allenstown; her husband’s sister, Beatrice Michaud; a nephew, Robert Girard, Jr. and his wife Elizabeth and their children, Samuel and Devin, all of Allenstown; and many friends and extended family.

Boulet, 103, a lifelong resident of the Pembroke – Allenstown area, died Monday, March 26, 2012, at the Epsom Health Care Center after a period of failing health.

Angelina was born in Pembroke on August 29, 1908, one of 18 children born to Ellas and Alexandrina (Cote) Senneville.  She was a retired textile worker and had been employed by Textron, Stevens Mills, the Suncook Mills, and Thomas Hodgson &amp; Sons.  

Angelina was the proud recipient of the Boston Post Cane, presented to her during the 175th Anniversary Celebration of the Town of Allenstown in 2006.  She was also the oldest member of both the Ladies of St. Anne and the St. Therese Rosebush Society.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Anita Martel in 1991 and by all 17 of her siblings.

Angelina is survived by three daughters, Jeannette Patrick of Manchester, Lorraine Bernard of Allenstown, and Isabelle Racine and her husband Ben of Concord; her son-in-law, Roger Martel of FL; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

<title>Gabriel Daneault [10/29/1924 - 03/20/2012] </title>

<description><![CDATA[<img src="http://petitfuneralhome.com/components/comObituaries/obituarythumbnails/70_117722.jpg" alt="Gabriel Daneault" />Mr. Gabriel J. “Gabby” Daneault, 87, a lifelong Allenstown resident, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Whittaker Place in Penacook.

He was born in Allenstown on October 29, 1924, the son of Joseph and Lumina (Pincince) Daneault.

A World War II Navy veteran, Mr. Daneault served as a machinist on the USS Baltimore and saw duty in the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre.  He was a member of the John J. Maguire American Legion Post #28, the Suncook Valley Post #2860, the Catholic War Veterans, and the NH Veterans Association.

Prior to his retirement, Mr. Daneault worked for the State of NH for over 32 years as Assistant Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds at the Sate House and Annex. 

What he enjoyed most, however, was people and politics; and as a result, he became a longtime, familiar figure in local and state affairs. In 1989, he was honored with the title “Town Father” in Allenstown, for he had served on the Board of Selectmen for 36 years, was on the Budget Committee, and was Supervisor of the Checklist.  He was also a member of the former Club Richelieu. On a state level he was a board member for the Visiting Nurses Association and spent 14 years in the NH Legislature as Representative to the General Court.  

Mr. Daneault was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church and again enjoyed being involved in church affairs as a member of the St. Theresa Rosebush Society, the Knights of Columbus Council #4666 and the Msgr. Buckley 4th Degree Assembly.  He was also a Trustee of the Old Cemetery Trust Fund and devoted many years without compensation to seeing that the cemetery was well-kept.

Gabby loved being with his family, going to Hampton Beach and, in true NE fashion, the Red Sox. 

He was predeceased in 2002 by his wife of 53 years, Cecilia (Martel) Daneault.  He was also predeceased by a daughter, Denise Jenness in 2002 and a great granddaughter, Kaleyah Letendre in 2001.

He is survived by a daughter, Louise Letendre and her husband Roland of Allenstown; a son, Ronald Daneault and his wife Deborah (Collette) of Duluth, GA; grandchildren, Jennifer Letendre, Jody Moore, Jessica Freese, Rachael Perron, Christopher Daneault, and Derick Jenness; great grandchildren, Kiana Letendre, D’Andre Mitchell, Emma, Madelyn, and Liam Perron, Payton Freese, and Kaylin and Caleb Moore; many nieces and nephews; and a longtime friend, Irene Poisson.
